191-Unit Property to be Renamed Berkshire Central

BOSTON, MA — March 4, 2019 — Berkshire Residential Investments announced the purchase of The Parkway Off Central in Blaine, Minnesota, on February 28, 2019. The suburban Minneapolis, 191-unit property will be renamed Berkshire Central.

“The Parkway Off Central was a great opportunity for Berkshire to acquire product in a thriving Minneapolis suburb,” noted Kel Frazier, Vice President, Acquisitions, Berkshire Residential Investments. “We continue to see upside potential in core properties in carefully selected markets throughout the U.S.,” he continued.

Built in 2017, The Parkway Off Central offers residents a community garden, clubroom with full kitchen and a bike share program, with interiors boasting spacious floorplans, moveable kitchen islands and plank flooring. The community offers convenient access to the Twin Cities via Highway 65.
