191-Unit Property to be Renamed Berkshire Central

BOSTON, MA — March 4, 2019 — Berkshire Residential Investments announced the purchase of The Parkway Off Central in Blaine, Minnesota, on February 28, 2019. The suburban Minneapolis, 191-unit property will be renamed Berkshire Central.
