Jeff Morandi Joins Berkshire as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

BOSTON, MA — January 31, 2018 — Berkshire Residential Investments announced that Jeffrey Morandi has joined the company’s Legal & Compliance team as Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. He will be based in Berkshire’s Boston headquarters.

“We are excited to have Jeff join the team,” noted Mary Beth Bloom, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Berkshire. “With his extensive knowledge in the field, we are looking forward to having Jeff continue to develop Berkshire’s compliance program in connection with its registration as an investment advisor in the U.S., as well as manage ongoing compliance requirements as part of the firm’s activities in foreign jurisdictions.”

Jeff joins Berkshire following four years with Arrowstreet Capital as a Compliance Associate and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Jeff graduated from Babson College with a B.A. in Business Administration and received his M.B.A. from Boston College.
