Frank LoBello

Frank LoBello serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Infrastructure at Berkshire. In his position, Frank is responsible for the firm’s information security program, technology infrastructure, and operational resilience, including cybersecurity strategy, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, incident response, third-party risk management, and alignment of technology controls with regulatory and business requirements.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Frank served as Chief Information Security Officer, and Head of Infrastructure at Abrams Capital. During his tenure at Abrams Capital, Frank led the enterprise security program, modernized legacy infrastructure, oversaw complex system migrations, and implemented risk-based security controls supporting high-value financial operations.

Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
