Berkshire Bridge Loan Investors-MF1 III, L.P., Held a Final Close on December 19, 2024, with $1.99 Billion of Capital Commitments

BOSTON, MA — January 9, 2025 — Berkshire Residential Investments (“Berkshire”) and Limekiln Real Estate (“Limekiln”) announced the successful final close of Berkshire Bridge Loan Investors-MF1 III, L.P. (“BBLI III”), raising $1.99 billion in commitments. This represents the largest commingled fund in the series to date. The fund attracted commitments from a wide range of investors from across the globe, including both existing and new relationships for the firm.

The Fund supports the investment activity of the MF1 private lending platform, which is a partnership between Berkshire and Limekiln Real Estate. MF1 is a leading provider of multifamily financing in the U.S.
