Julie Burdick serves as the Senior Vice President of Equity Investments at Berkshire. In her position, Julie is responsible for leading strategic acquisition efforts in markets across the Western United States.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Julie served as Managing Director of Investments at Tricon Residential, overseeing the acquisition, investment management, and disposition of the firm’s U.S. multifamily portfolio and directed the integration of a ~26,000-home single-family rental platform. She has two decades of industry experience, executing over $15 billion in real estate transactions.

Julie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She is a member of ULI’s Multifamily Silver Product Council and NAIOP.
