As Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Residential Investments, David Olney is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s activities and operations. He is a member of Berkshire’s Board of Directors, serves on the Berkshire Investment Committee and is a partner in the company’s ownership.
With over three decades of real estate acquisitions since joining Berkshire in 1986, David has been involved in over $10 billion of acquisitions and dispositions since 1990. From 1999 until its liquidation in 2004, David served as President of Berkshire Realty Holdings, L.P., a joint venture partnership with affiliates of The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs.
Prior to joining Berkshire, David worked in a financial management program with Sanders Associates in Nashua, New Hampshire.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College and an MBA from Babson College.
